Accreditation

We are an immigration law firm with several accreditations, serving international clients for the last 15 years.

GOOD ADVICE UK® is certified by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) at the highest licence level. In addition to our advisers at competence levels 1, 2, and 3, we also have a roster of aspiring trainees.

We are concurrently registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and our registration number is Z1877581.

  • The Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) is a non-profit seeking to promote and improve representation. The organisation provides legal aid to immigrants and contributes to overall immigration policy development. Focusing on domestic and European immigration, asylum and nationality law, the ILPA upholds tolerance and an equitable immigration system.
  • The Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) is an independent charity influencing the migration debate. At the forefront of the fight against hate and fear, JCWI stands with vulnerable individuals by providing reliable, high-quality legal advice. Challenging unjust laws and practices are a part of their work while they improve the quality of advice elsewhere by training and capacity building.
  • The Electronic Immigration Network (EIN) is a registered charity providing a platform for immigration and asylum case law practitioners since 1998.
